Text readability issue for the block datils and transaction details window modal when the theme changes to dark mode #FrontEnd

What happened?

When the explorer application is view in dark theme mode, the texts in block details and transaction details are not quite readable since the text-color and the dark theme shade is similar

What did you expect to happen?

the texts should be properly readable

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

open the explorer application, change the theme from light to dark mode, in blocks tab select any black hash or transactions, in the window modal of block details or transaction details the text-color is black which makes is difficult to read.
