There are two paths:
Because current checkpoint syncers require a major cloud provider like AWS or GCP, use services like https://aws.amazon.com/cloudformation/resources/templates/ or https://cloud.google.com/deployment-manager/docs to create one-click experiences on them
Once a cloud-provider independent checkpoint syncer like Validator should be able to be configured submit checkpoints on-chain #4586 is implemented, general docker-based PaaS can be supported like (since it boils down to a single docker image with no service dependencies)
