Hi ! I want to work on Sigar but there is no documentation to configure the environment for it. Kindly help me out, as well as share user manual if any ...

Sigar has been unsupported for over 10 years. You can find some old links on The Wayback Machine if you are brave.

You might consider searching for currently supported alternatives.
