I have a few Smart Buttons from ThirdReality and wanted to add them to homey. I installed the app and tried to add a smart button device. It finds the button but it says it has no zigbee software. So it is added as an unrecognized zigbee device with no functionality. One time it was added as a contact sensor?

What can I do?
