Template fails due to missing wwwroot folder #1

Looks like a great initiative but the 'initial' user experience is disappointing if it doesn't run reasonable easily straight out of the box.

I had 2 issues, one of which is my end (too old a Node version) but the simplest one is that because the wwwroot folder is empty the scripts (which end up populating it) don't succeed. Manually created it solves the issue and it's simple in hindsight. Maybe a simple 'readme.md' file to ensure ensure the folder is created ?

The node version might be useful to mention in the docs
