Links to reported content

When accessing reported content from the admin panel, the link goes to the stream entry itself. Instead, the reported item should be linked e.g. a comment. The behaviour should be the same as that of permalinks (highlighting).

Additionally, if the content reported relates to a module (e.g. Files), the link leads to the module view. It should lead to the stream entry.
