I wanted to make a suggestion.
Sometimes some users delete files unintentionally and this causes some inconvenience, for example they don't always have the files otherwise.
My suggestion is that when a user deletes the file, it is moved to a trash bin that ADM can access to recover the file. Where it will remain there for a few days or indefinitely until the ADM decides to permanently erase it.
