Add generic UTC option to calendar events

We work across countries & 'work' in UTC. All meetings are set in UTC. Could this be added as a time in the drop down?

Currently selecting Saint Helena, but it's weird to set meeting times set to such an arbitrary and far away place.

There's also the issue that timezone that might be currently equal to UTC observing Daylight Saving times, leading to an accidental change in meeting hours.

Is there some workaround for this? Could I rename St Helena > UTC somehow?

Given the 'St. Helena' timezone has no DST this could be a workaround - not sure how to do that though.

Sadly its effect will only be limited to your HumHub instance. If you export the calendar in any way or people use the ICS files from email notifications those should all be shown in "St. Helena" and not UTC.

Or is there just a way to set St Helena as the default timezone for new events? At least then I could add some text to the form explaining why.
