Doubt about an installation with already media files

Hi,

I already have an installation with a lot of media files, and it's also multisite, if I start the manual upload files command to the S3 bucket then will it also change the URL of the images to the S3 one or not? (URL rewrite)

Upload manual command i mean this:
wp s3-uploads upload-directory /path/to/uploads/ uploads
