文档中有添加索引（engine.IndexDocument函数）以及删除一条文档（engine.RemoveDocument函数）
请问有办法动态更新索引吗？比如demo中给到的微博的转发数目可能每隔一段时间要更新一次，该如何操作呢？

更新不就是刪除與添加的集合嘛
