按照教程指导，我们注册了LLC，但是关于报税和年审的问题，大佬得空再更新一下呗

是的。报税我也遇到了问题。具体来说

"Online Federal Beneficial Ownership Information Report filing" 这个东西不知道怎么填
一直在收我 $9 ，扣了四次了，不知道应该如何处理
