Reverse dependencies

None

2x the autobuild complained abt missing pngs that were there when the CRAN checks were performed on other systems.

I've removed the README + associated files to avoid this.

Removed the dplyr dependency and made date parameters more flexible. Tests and examples do not run on CRAN because they require an API key. Tests run on Travis and Appveyor.
