Frontend hosted in Squeak	As a hoster of the documentation, I'd like to quickly get an instance of the frontend running within Squeak so I don't have to worry about setting up the frontend dependencies or a webserver.	13 + 8	(was partially implemented)
Show a footer	As a user of the documentation, I'd like to see a footer on every page of the frontend so I can easily access information about the application itself and its repository easily.	5	fresh
