Detatched Units in HBA DB

The HBA production database shows almost 4k units that have a null listing id (out of a total of around 8k units). These units have updated at dates up until the Prisma changeover. While it doesn't seem that we are continuing to create floating units, we should investigate to make sure they are not being utilized in anyway and then delete them to not require unnecessary storage.
