Support Bug SMC - ’Additional Application Submission Notes`

Description: On the Pacific Oaks and Magnolia Grove open waitlist listings in SMC, the property manager added notes in the 'Additional Application Submission Notes' but don't see their notes on the listings. Eng confirmed this is a bug that will require a code change.

Additional application submission notes are meant to be internal, not displayed on the page, so this is not a bug. However, this could be confusing to the user, so we should either clarify through training or adjust the UI.

Currently, 13 listings on HBA live have additional application submission notes, so this field is being used. We pulled the notes from the listing where these are being used, and it does seem that these are intended to be exposed to the public site.
