Restart Pattern: An on/off option to restart the note sequence every time PLEN is reached.

For instance: C major (C-E-G) input chord, UP mode, PLEN = 4:

Present behaviour: CEGC EGCE GCEG...
Restart pattern: CEGC CEGC CEGC...
