Convert Recruitment to Onboarding

Is there a way to automatically convert an applicant to the onboarding stage without having to manually create them in onboarding? From our testing, there only seems to be a way to convert them directly to an employee but no way to put them into the onboarding stage.

Yes, you can move an applicant to the onboarding stage without manually creating them in onboarding.

Here's how you can do it:

1. Create the candidate in the Recruitment module, Add them to a Recruitment process while creating
2. In the Recruitment Pipeline, you'll see the candidate in the Applied or Initial stage.
3. Select the candidate you want to convert to onboarding and update their stage to Hired.
4. Ensure that your Recruitment Pipeline contains a stage with the Stage Type set to Hired.

Once this is done, the candidate will be moved to the Onboarding stage automatically.
