Mail Automation

I would like to implement email automation on the 'Configuration - Mail Automations' related to the Announcement model. The idea is that when the admin or HR makes an announcement to the entire team, employees should receive an email notification in addition to seeing the details in the system. I attempted to set this up using the email automation feature by selecting the Announcement model and configuring all the necessary settings. However, I am not receiving emails when I create a new announcement. And please note that the mail server in the system is working properly. Could you please advise? Thank you.

The mail automation feature for announcements requires some code updates, as the Announcement section contains employee multiple select fields. We are working on the necessary changes, and once the updates are made, we will inform you to pull the latest code. We will also guide you on configuring mail automation for the Announcement section.

We have updated the source code to support mail automation for the Announcement model. You can now set up email notifications for announcements.

Thank you for the update. I reviewed the guide and checked it with the fresh source code that I have updated today, but it seems that the email notifications are still not being sent. Could you please check this on your end?

We tested the Mail Automation and Announcement features, and the emails were successfully sent to employees.

Please ensure that employees have a valid work email added in the "Employee Work Information" form.
