Under Cgywin64, libgc breaks.
Under Cgywin32, sdk/thread/ThreadUnix.ooc reports a link error.

Out of curiosity, what link error do you get with ThreadUnix?

Afaict, sdk/thread/ThreadUnix should be pretty much dead code on Windows. But I don't know what crazy stuff Cygwin is doing, it's not really in my list of supported targets (I prefer cross-compiling with MinGW)
