Upgrading to latest collector components

We have some pending dependabot updates to update the timespansprocessor to the latest versions of various collector components. However, there seems to be some inter-connecting dependency issues in upgrading one by one.

I tried doing them all in a single branch, but still hit issues. This needs some more investigation.

Issues:

• maint(deps): bump go.opentelemetry.io/collector/component from 0.73.0 to 0.94.0 in /timestampprocessor #118
• maint(deps): bump go.opentelemetry.io/collector/consumer from 0.73.0 to 0.94.0 in /timestampprocessor #119
• maint(deps): bump go.opentelemetry.io/collector from 0.73.0 to 0.94.0 in /timestampprocessor #120
• maint(deps): bump go.opentelemetry.io/collector/pdata from 1.0.0-rc7 to 1.1.0 in /timestampprocessor #121

Since we removed the timestamp processor we don't need to update these dependencies anymore
