Prioritizing Room Sensors

What is the process (if there is one) for setting a room sensor as the priority within the Home app? I have all thermostats (6) and room sensors (4) exposed to HomeKit with 2 room sensors each on 2 of the thermostats. What I'd like to be able to do, and what I have done in the Honeywell Home app, is have different rooms prioritized at different times of different days. It seems like HomeKit isn't necessarily aware of which room sensors are linked to which thermostats unless I'm missing something?
