too slow ghcr.io gets timeouts during ha supervisor repair

Describe the issue you are experiencing

I spent few hours trying to recover system and during manual pull found that ghcr.io is super slow. Googling shows that it is a known internet issue.

It would be good to have:
1 ability to set timeout from cli (for ha supervisor repair)
2 ability to switch container registry which system uses

uninstalled raspberry pi4 system already...
