generic-x86-64 (Generic UEFI capable x86-64 systems)

What version of Home Assistant Operating System is installed?

Did the problem occur after upgrading the Operating System?

Hardware details

Running in VMWare ESX 6.7. One Sonoff USBstick which seenm to work. My problem is that I cant get a HA-prompt at the console. I can´t run shell commands from HA.

This problem started after the update to 14.0 of the OS which i made yesterday evening. I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't make a snapshot of the VM before the upgrade

If the problem is OS-related, you should be able to select the other boot slot in the VM console early in the boot. Then check the Host and Supervisor logs from the previous boot (either keep scrolling up in the frontend or use ha host logs -b-1).
