@liuzhaoyzz - This does not create an executable (EXE) - this project creates a Dynamic Linked-Library (DLL) and/or Static Library (LIB). This (dynamic or static) library can then be linked into whatever project you have, which then allows you to use the iconv functionality. If you have Visual Studio installed on your machine, you can simply just clone this repo and then build it within the Visual Studio GUI application. You don't need to make any special modifications - give it a shot! 🙂
