In grain.compile.R you have a function .create_jtree which, from my understanding, computes the triangulation (triangulateMAT) necessary to form the junction tree used for propagation. Since at least two other methods for triangulation are provided in gRbase, it would be nice to have the option to choose between these when calling compile.grain. Or even use a user-specified triangulation.
One method may be superior for one dataset while another method may be superior for another dataset.
