Current Behavior

Connector daylight savings time issue. The timestamp used to track sync position in the historical data log is converted from UTC to local time. The local time offset is read one a start up. This means for time change events, the historical data requests will be one hour off.

Expected Behavior

during time change events, there should be continuity of data

Steps to Reproduce

This is trick to reproduce as changing the time will cause certificate errors
