Summary

Work through feedback given in recent C100 migration to update documentation (readme and hmcts way - https://hmcts.github.io/#the-hmcts-way ) and make it usable from a developer's perspective. Note, this is the opinion from a single dev, so while some feedback may be completely valid and we want to action to improve, other items may be more controversial or we may not agree with them. During refinement, pick which areas we think have highest value and create stories for them first.

Intended Outcome

• Create a "self-service" documentation thats useful to the service teams
• Documentation thats specifically useful/informative to the software engineering team on/about the Platform and various resources, deployed or used by the service teams
• Provide adequate information about the platform and the various components that make up the platform

Impact on Teams

• Providing more information about the Platform at a slightly more detailed level
