Having a per-channel field showing which extensions are enabled for that channel would greatly improve UX.
Inspecting whether a channel has an extension enabled requires the user to open the channel edit window.

Added bonus: draggable columns & a column selection feature that allows showing/hiding certain columns.

What about fixed extensions like the SMS or commercial extension?

I think you misunderstood me.

See here how it says there's an instance of the anytone extension enabled?
