Refactor this repo to be usable as library

This repo has implemented support for various requirements related to using AEM assets. Till now the expectation has been for the front end developers to copy paste the code from here.
This is not optimal and needs to be optimized. For this, we need to refactor this repo, move it to https://github.com/adobe-rnd and front end developer should be able to add it to their repos as Github subtree and use its methods.
