  • test environment needs to be detectable by the app. (done by default by create-react-app)
  • there needs to be a kubo node which is localhost only with a webtransport interface.
  • the web app clients need to connect to it over the kad dht protocol.

the kubo node should not dial any public nodes only for use locally on the machine.

the web app clients might just need to have the kubo nodes webtransport multiaddr in it's bootstrap config, and not need to dial it.
