When i trying to generate .drc file using draco_encoder, getting above error. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi! draco_encoder in this repo was built for my environment.

At first, you have to make draco_encoder for your environment.
Please check the link https://github.com/google/draco#building.

After the build, you can replace draco_encoder in this project to the new one which you build.
Then you can encode to .drc.
