Easy, integrated Hive app for customer support. Maybe a very streamlined user forum, heavily moderated.

Two things:

1- This app should be pre-packaged with all versions of Hive
2- It should automatically detect which of our products is being used

Would a text chat suffice? Something like

screen shot 2014-03-28 at 10 58 48 am

2- It should automatically detect which of our products is being used

can be done with current API: https://github.com/hivewallet/hive-osx/wiki/API#getting-information-about-system-settings

Maybe we should use something like http://www.zendesk.com/ or https://www.uservoice.com/ here and then have a simple Hive app, which essentially just includes whatever Zendesk or Uservoice widget the service provides.

@weilu I think we're looking for something more persistent than a chat - on a chat if you log in and there's no one there to talk to, you just go away without having your problem solved. We'd want something that a user can open, ask a question and have it answered later.
