Describe the solution you'd like
Development and production targets are different. Currently, to generate a production target, it is achieved by switch to the prod branch. A better approach is using configuration file and environment variables to manage the rules for generating targets, such as using environment variable MIRROR_LIST_API_URL='/jobs'. It should well fit with yarn dev and yarn generate scripts.
