When will the massive tensorflow warning outputs upon import be fixed? #594

Running this fairly small, standard set of imports to use the library:

from stable_baselines.deepq.policies import MlpPolicy
from stable_baselines.common.vec_env import DummyVecEnv
from stable_baselines import DQN
from stable_baselines.bench import Monitor
from stable_baselines.results_plotter import load_results, ts2xy

Generates an absurd number of warnings:

Hello,
this a duplicate of #574, #590 and #298.
I you manage to remove the warnings without introducing breaking changes, then we would appreciate a PR ;)

This isn't perfect (or completely safe), but I do this to get around it:

# Suppresses warnings about future deprecation. These warnings mostly appear because we are using
# and older version of tensorflow.
import warnings
warnings.simplefilter(action='ignore', category=FutureWarning)
import tensorflow as tf
tf.compat.v1.logging.set_verbosity(tf.compat.v1.logging.ERROR)
