SOLUTIONS:
make the replacefoly* perl files executable in the repository.
In liftedinfer/common/src/queryupdater.cpp:511:62:
Add the -fpermissive flag for g++ to compile it,
But you should really be allocating this vector on the heap.... Otherwise
you'll segfault at some point.
