Service type: List view #697

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an ADMIN user wants to see Service type listed

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am a logged in **ADMIN** user
AND I navigate to the Organization settings page

WHEN I click on 'Components' tab

THEN I see the list of Service types listed in the page with columns:
- Type
- Create date
- Edit date
When there is no Service type added to the application, the list is empty showing "No data to display"
