T6-3130:

U+2F8A1:

The pronunciation of T6-3130 is huāng / huǎng while the pronunciation of T4-2D2B is huāng. This indicates the correct phonetic component should be 巟 and thus the canonical shape should be T6-3130.

It is suggested that T6-3130 be moved to U+393A, and T4-2D2B be re-encoded via an IVS.

Although the J-source glyph is currently identical to the T-source glyph, Japan has registered two IVS to represent the two forms. Entry from the Moji-Joho database:
