Links in README.md do not work

Hey there,

I wanted to give the HERE Data SDK a try, but following the links in the README.md to the documentation webpage, all of them get redirected to https://www.here.com/docs/. Could you update the links accordingly, so I can find where to download and install the here data SDK. Otherwise I won't be able to give it a try.

Being the one who started this project I must say that, sadly, only this documentation, but not the SDK itself was ever made freely available. And after many people on the project, myself included, left the company this project entered some kind of maintenance mode as rumours put it. Essentially this means it will likely be very hard to get access to the SDK itself without being an enterprise customer, if at all. And it will also be very hard to get an official answer to any of your questions related to it. If you succeed, please put them here! Good luck!
