Adding the possibility to randomly uppercase some words.

Because of some restrictions on other websites, i like to have the possibility, to add an uppercase first char to some of the generated words.

Thanks for the suggestion! As mentioned on #4 I currently have no plans to add more configuration options since this most likely would make things more complicated than they have to be (or alternatively would only work with a very limited set of services).
My hope is that services one day will stop imposing such restrictions on us... If not then I'll start programming if the pain grows to a certain level (it's currently not) ^^

I hope for taht for years... But it's getting worse...
