Need to sign up with one of those services that pings ports, hits URLs at certain intervals, etc, to measure how up / reachable the site is. Today the site was unreachable, for some reason -- if it happens again we shouldn't be in the dark as to when the outage started, or how long it lasted.

How about New Relic? They have discounts for nonprofits, I just applied for an account.
