Mostly consists of adding some UI to support this and replacing the hard-coded flow of selecting the first user in the first server in src/apiclient.h

  • jellyfin-qt: Do not expose ApiClient as a Singleton QML object
  • jellyfin-qt: Move the logic of reading saved sessions outside of the ApiClient
  • jellyfin-qt: Create a model for selection servers and users
  • UI: add pages for server and user selection
