Unable to Install Flux Plugin

I installed Headlamp Version 0.26.0 using brew and then I proceeded to install the Flux plugin.
I keep getting this error that says: Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'name')
I have attached a screenshot of the error.
What is the cause of this error?

This appears to be a problem with any plugin.
No matter which plugin I choose, I get the same error.

I am running it on a Mac. When I go to Utilities --> Console, I see several reports and log files.
Which one do you mean when you say "console logs". I looked into all these files and they did not appear to have anything related to Headlamp.

Umm The dev console so in the app Menus Go to view and then to developer console

I installed the latest version of Headlamp v0.27.0 and it has the same issue.
