Describe the bug

The console in Firefox is spitting out a ton of websocket errors to wss://
I've been banging my head against the wall trying to figure out what might be causing it and at this point I don't know if this is an us thing or a problem with Headlamp.

Issues we are having.

  1. Headlamp is VERY slow to first page load. 29 Seconds on the log in screen after a Ctrl+F5. A regular F5 that hits the cache is a lot faster
  2. WSS errors both on 0.28.0 and 0.27.0
  3. Lots of errors in the console for ..../cluster/main/healthz 401

Could this be related to: #2753

Environment:

  • Installation type: In cluster in Kubernetes 1.31
  • Headlamp Version: 0.28.0 and 0.27.0
  • Nginx as the ingress
  • Using RKE2
  • We are using OIDC auth.

Are you able to fix this issue?

No. I've tried all day.
