Should users be allowed to create multiple workspaces with same name?

There is an issue with creating workspace.

1. Create account
2. Create workspace
   A white screen will pop up but wont redirect to new workspace. However, the workspace is successfully created. When I throttle my web browser to use slow 3g, then it works perfectly fine. I will look into this issue later.

But when I tried to create the workspace multiple times, it turns out that multiple workspaces were created with the same name.
Should it be like this? I have no idea about the requirement by the way.
