Explicit statement on long-term API availability

A request or concern that came up repeatedly is the long-term availability of the lobid APIs.

I think the content on https://lobid.org very much implies long-term perspective, but maybe we need something more explicit:

• For lobid in general, an explicit statement on long-term availability (A word? like insert 'long-term' before 'infrastructure'. A sentence? A full statement by the director?)
• For lobid-gnd, some formal statement or information on our cooperation with the DNB on the GND (e.g. expert group GND-Development, Kooperationsprojekt GND-API). Do we need a formal cooperation contract with the DNB?
