[feature] add support for a tftp and dns servers

Is this Feature/Enhancement related to an Existing Problem? If so, please describe:

• Users typically depend on these servers to ensure their aigapped environments work. It would be great to be able to provide simple and bootstrapping servers for dns and tftp

Describe Proposed Solution(s):

• Implement the ability for hauler store serve dnsserver and hauler store serve tftpserver

Describe Possible Alternatives:

• Use other available tools to provide them
