Problem/Motivation
@FraserF has already made a great similar Add-on: Apache2. However, for my preference, it's way overkill. I'm actually currently trying to re-make a Lite version of his Add-on without all the bells and whistles, as I only intend to host a static website: Apache2 Lite. My skill set is very limited. It has been during this research that I came across Lighttpd. It doesn't have to be Lighttpd either, I'm just looking for a super lightweight webserver for my site, and a project.
Expected behavior
I'm not asking anybody to make this for me, as I would very much like to make it myself and see this as a nice project. However, I know that I won't be able to do so alone. All help in the right direction would be appreciated. I have done some research, and it seems that the HassIO Add-on Base image for Alpine would be the natural starting point. But I'm not sure if that base image is suppose to be edited to include other parts(lighttpd), of if I should make the rest, and somehow reference the base image as a framework. The latter seems like the logical way for keeping things up-to-date in an easy fashion. I don't know where to start, and I want to follow best practices.
Note
I'm not claiming this project, so if anyone else would like to make it, feel free, I wouldn't mind that either. But as said above, I would like to make this myself. Cheers.
