Last two releases on Hackage are broken, and so hnix could not rely on them. No one active has the access to the Hackage to create a revision and fix the last releases.

The CI is present now, to check. There is also a recent work merged to make hnix-store properly working by shipping the overrides of cabal.project for cryptohash-sha512 by patching the upstream.

New release is much needed. HNix progress waits on the #85 to make hnix-store working and so to make possible to adopt the hnix-store improvements into hnix.

I would ask @shlevy & @imalsogreg to expand the Hackage release team with any people you trust, so we resolve this bottleneck in the future.

hnix-store and hnix need to chug along in synchronicity so we eventually arrive to where we dreamed to. Where your treasure is and there will your heart be also.

Thank you for the project, thank you for the work you done.

@shlevy would you oblige, as you did this in #56?

I would suggest at least @sorki, since he also maintains -remote
