Description

I want to restore a Synapse SQL DB using Terraform AzureRM provider synapse_sql_pool resource in a cross-subscription: https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azurerm/latest/docs/resources/synapse_sql_pool

The functionality is available from Microsoft's side here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/azure-synapse-analytics-blog/announcing-general-availability-of-cross-subscription-restore/ba-p/3280185

This is the official documentation from Microsoft on how to restore the DB using the UI/Powershell: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/synapse-analytics/backuprestore/restore-sql-pool#restore-an-existing-dedicated-sql-pool-through-the-azure-portal
