update solo cluster connect to only update local config

Based on our new proposed usage for solo cluster connect subcommand we want it to update the LocalConfig only. The purpose will be to create cluster/context mappings for the user to be used by the solo deployment subcommands.

1. remove the load remote config in the solo cluster connect subcommand
2. remove the reading of the remote config in the solo cluster connect subcommand
3. remove the namespace flag from the solo cluster connect subcommand
4. ensure that when the solo cluster connect subcommand is ran and passed a single cluster name and context it will update the local config with the mapping
5. update the solo cluster connect subcommand description to: "Adds a cluster to context mapping in the local configuration"
6. update the --cluster-name flag description to: "The name of the Solo cluster that maps to a Kubernetes context. The Solo cluster name does not have to match the Kubernetes cluster name" and remove the multiple clusters separated by a comma logic. The user will need to call the command multiple times and supply the cluster and context each time.
7. update the --context flag for its constName value must match the variable name context
8. update the --context flag description to: "The Kubernetes context name to be used", the multiple contexts separated by a comma should be removed, also. The user will need to call the command multiple times and supply the cluster and context each time.
